About These Terms

This website is operated by Trishul Divine, a brand of VISHOMAA GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED, Nandigama, Andhra Pradesh, India. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Trishul Divine. “You” refers to anyone who visits the site or places an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Using the Website

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Product Information

Our gemstones, Rudraksha beads, malas and bracelets are natural products. Colour, texture, size, weight and markings can vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs shown, which are taken under studio lighting and may look different on your screen.

Spiritual, astrological and wellness benefits described on the site reflect traditional beliefs. They are not medical advice, and we do not guarantee any specific result.

Placing an Order

• An order is a request to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• Please check your name, phone number and delivery address carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

Prices and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details.
• Your order is processed only after the payment is successfully received.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Customer Responsibilities

• Use and care for products as advised, and keep small beads away from young children.
• Record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. It helps us resolve any claim about damaged, missing or incorrect items quickly.
• Do not resell our products as your own or reuse our photos, text or branding without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Trishul Divine name, logo, photographs, designs and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.
